[Bug 495548] Re: Remove hal-cups-utils from lucid

Assigning to the Ubuntu Archive Administrators, only they can remove a
package.

The package is discontinued due to the deprecation of HAL. Therefore I
intended the permanent removal from Karmic on and created the
transitional package in system-config-printer so that an automatic
switchover is performed for all updates from Jaunty and older to Karmic
and newer. The switchover worked without problems for Karmic users.

Please make sure that the package gets really removed from the archives.
