[Bug 495548] [NEW] Remove hal-cups-utils from lucid

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: hal-cups-utils

Please remove the source package "hal-cups-utils" from lucid and put it
on the sync blacklist.

"hal-cups-utils" was removed from karmic with "obsoleted by udevified system-config-printer" and got now auto-synced.
But it fails to upload as the version currently in lucid (build from system-config-printer) is higher.
The "hal-cups-utils" build from system-config-printer is a transitional package to system-config-printer-udev.

Based on that it was removed once already, there currently a plan is to
remove hal and that we need to do something to resolve which package
builds it, IMHO it's better to remove it again.
