[Bug 495459] [NEW] Keyboard volume control display corrupt

Public bug reported:

Using a Dell multimedia keyboard:
Turning the volume control on the keyboard brings up the volume display which has additional lines and text "loe report - incorrect urgency".
Volume control functions correctly.
Problem not seen when using mouse to drag panel's volume control.
