Thanks for reporting this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better.

This issue usually occurs when new packages are uploaded to the
repository and already indexed but the packages are not available (yet).
Sometimes this happens due to a build error, or during syncing of
mirrors.

Does this problem still occur? Could you try this with the new release
9.10?
