[Bug 495189] [NEW] Cannot configure Encyclopedia plugin

I'm running 9.10, upgraded from a fresh install of 9.04.

$ dpkg-query -W supybot

supybot 0.83.4.1.ds-2

I am using some plugins from Launchpad:

lp:~dennis/ubuntu-bots/main plugins_ubuntu-bots

This is my session with the bot:
