Binary package hint: flashplugin-nonfree

Don't list a bug on 9.10, just older versions. If this is a i386 v x64
issue, then please remove the software from the update list till you get
things resolved. Otherwise, both your time is wasted processing
frivolous bugs and my time is wasted having to acknowledge and respond
to error message and crash alerts that will not be fixed any time soon.
We can both benefit from some prudent filtering here.
