Looks mostly okay to me. Is that used by an actual server application
package? It seems a bit weird to seed a package like that if it's not
used by anything.
The test suite should be enabled during build, and fail the build on
failure.
I ran it here and got two errors:

Can this please be fixed first? (Please also send to Debian, running
