Good points:
* Debian packaging does not seem overly complicated
* No lintian warnings
Eyebrow-raisers:
* No upstream bugtracker
* Ubuntu Server Team should probably be subscribed to Ubuntu bugs for it
* Test suite exists, but is not enabled
Blockers:
* zope-debhelper needs an approved MIR before this can be approved.
* http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=558204 : python-psycopg2da is uninstallable
I did not do a code or security review.
I'm marking this Incomplete, until at least the blockers are fixed.
** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #558204

** Changed in: psycopg2 (Ubuntu)
