Mario - or anyone else - can you detail how you go about getting this
kernel please?  All the documentation I've found so far is out of date
and doesn't work as advertised.

For example, the commands in the wiki here,
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelTeam/KernelGitGuide, for getting a kernel
release just don't work.
