Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

We can sync this package as debian has fixed ftbfs and have added a 
desktop file

Changelog since current lucid version 1.3-2.3ubuntu2:

zblast (1.3-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * QA upload.
    + Set maintainer to Debian QA Group <packages at qa.debian.org>
  * Replace local getline function with local_getline. (Closes: #552877).
  * Replace svgalibg1-dev b-d with libsvga1-dev. (Closes: #483452).
    + Also add amd64 arch.
  * Replace x-dev b-d with x11proto-core-dev. (Closes: #515427).
  * Add desktop file. (Closes: #478986).
  * Add watch file.
  * Remove empty zblast-svgalib.postinst.
  * Move URL from package description to Homepage.
  * Bump Standards Version to 3.8.3.
