[Bug 494384] Re: Please merge tix 8.4.0-7 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

After this merge, tix binary picks up dependencies on libc6 and libx11-6
which it doesn't have right now (crazy, isn't it?)

Changes to debian/control are insignificant, but I let them be since we
are already carrying a delta.

Modifications to debian/watch (the significant part) were sent to

tix (8.4.0-7ubuntu1) lucid; urgency=low

  * Merge from Debian testing (LP: #494384). Remaining changes:
    - debian/watch: fixed download page.
    - debian/control: bumped Standards-Version to 3.8.3.
    - debian/control: replaced ${Source-Version} by ${binary:Version} as 
      tix-dev's Depends to fix a lintian warning: 
      substvar-source-version-is-deprecated.
