** Description changed:

  OSD events generally display an icon along with a message.  This was missing in Karmic/Lucid for xfce4-power-manager.
  This was fixed in xfce4-power-manager (0.8.4.2-1ubuntu2) lucid
  
  Debdiff which fixes this attached to bug #455089
  
  TEST CASE:
  1.  Unplug AC
  2.  Notice lack of icon in notification
  3.  Plug in AC
- 4.  Upgrade to -proposed package
- 5.  Unplug AC
- 6.  Icon should be visible in notification
+ 4.  Quit xfce4-power-manager
+ 5.  Upgrade to -proposed package
+ 6.  Start xfce4-power-manager
+ 7.  Unplug AC
+ 8.  Icon should be visible in notification

  Binary package hint: xfce4-power-manager
  
  When a battery event happens, no icon is displayed.
