Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: squid3
squid v2 puts its resolvconf update script into /etc/resolvconf/update-libc.d/ .
squid3 puts the corresponding script into /etc/resolvconf.d/update-libc.d/ .
As we can conclude from the source of resolvconf itself, it does not call scripts in /etc/resolvconf.d/ at all.
May be it is worth to place squid3 script where squid2 places it, to get the same effect.
Hope this would be fixed even before Ubuntu 10.04 is released ...
** Affects: squid3 (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
