Thanks for your report.

This looks like a corrupted archive.

Could you please open a terminal and run the following commands:
$ sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/wireshark.{pre,post}rm
$ sudo apt-get remove wireshark
$ sudo apt-get clean
$ sudo apt-get install --reinstall wireshark

Do that with wireshark-common and arpwatch too.

Tell us if it helps.
