[Bug 493776] [NEW] qtoctave depends on octave-3.0 instead of octave-3.2

Binary package hint: qtoctave

It seems that octave-3.2 is available on the default xubuntu
repositories.  Yet qtoctave depends on 3.0 (older version).  I would
think that qtoctave should be adjusted to work with 3.2, if possible.
