As shown by your dpkg terminallog,

setting up apache-perl
setting up apache2
psql: could not translate host name "alhamdulillah" to address: Name or service not known

You tried to configure phpgrouware-core with postgresql and gave a
strange name that does not correspond to your machine I guess.
