Clarification: I am trying to remove all of apache2 and gforge.  Gforge
seems to be in the way... the problem seems to be in the gforge-plugin-
mediawiki package as I seem to be able to remove all other gforge
packages... but with the plugin left the system complains of a broken
package and reinstalls all other packages of gforge.
