Please sync xmldiff 0.6.8-4.1 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The package now uses $(py_setup_install_args) from python.mk.  This is
the prefered method to install python packages when using python-central.

Changelog entries since current lucid version 0.6.8-4ubuntu3:

xmldiff (0.6.8-4.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * debian/rules:
    + Conditionally use $(py_setup_install_args) from python.mk and remove
      unneeded files from dist-packages as well to enable building with
      Python 2.6. (Closes: #547860)
  * Standards Version is now 3.8.3 (no changes needed).
