[Bug 431218] Re: package sympa 5.4.7-1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

Confirming bug upgrading Sympa during Jaunty => Karmic upgrade.
/var/lib/dpkg/info/sympa.postinst exits with return code 128.
Problem seems to be at the beginning of the sympa.postinst that sources /usr/share/debconf/confmodule , and this sourcing causes exit in error.
