This bug occurs to me too. I tried sorting a 520 theme playlist and VLC
freezes, the GUI fades to black and white and then closes without
warning or message of any kind. It happens even faster if you try the
same with only one file in the playlist (it just crashes and closes
instantly). My VLC version is 1.0.2
