[Bug 492266] Re: mythtv-frontend volume problem whilw watching live tv

Howdy, and thank you for helping to improve Mythbuntu by opening this
ticket.  This ticket is being marked as incomplete because the
developers/maintainers will likely need more information to be able to
properly debug this issue:

1. please describe your video capture device configuration and attach /var/log/dmesg 
2. please describe which window manager you are using (xfce, gnome, or kde)?
3. try changing the volume with the keyboard short-cut rather than a remote and see how that affects your issue

Regarding #3:
[ or F10  = decrease volume
] or F11 	= increase volume
