i terminated the stream play since all it kept doing was spitting out
the same error. The video was stopping, starting, jerky etc...

I saved the file to my drive and I can take the same file, play it in
VLC or mplayer and it plays straight thru with no errors.

if i open it in gnome mplayer it starts halting at the same spot. And
this file is sitting on my hard drive.
