Please sync dmucs 0.6.1-2 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

  * Fixed FTBFS on amd64, and 64-bit architectures
  * Bumped standards version to 3.8.0 (no change)
Done in Debian.

  * Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
    specification.
  * Added simple-patchsys.mk to rules
Not needed.

  * Added watch file
I think it's not worth to diverge from Debian because of a watch file 
(Ubuntu can make only a limited use of it). I have sent it to Debian 
(http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=559211), but I suggest 
to sync regardless of whether they take it.
