[Bug 490631] Re: Sort Should Disregard Certain Words

Is there a way to change the default behavior to ignore certain words
for all fields? If not, this seems like a very difficult solution. I
have about fifty different artists that start with the word "The". I
don't want to have to adjust all of these manually.
