[Bug 479562] Re: mythfrontend sometimes does not respond to lirc events

After an update of X packages today to version 1:7.4+3ubuntu10, this
seems to happen less often for me.  The mythfrontend is non-responsive
to LIRC events only after every 10th-20th restart.

Note that when this happens, mythfrontend still notices if I `sudo
service lirc restart`:
