[Bug 490141] Re: [FTBFS]: gcc4 error static declaration of 'vsscanf' follows non-static declaration

Is this fixed / this needs to be fixed in the current development branch
first (lucid). Can we prepare against lucid and then follow the SRU
process for getting this into karmic.
