[Bug 490631] [NEW] Sort Should Disregard Certain Words

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: banshee

When sorting on many fields, the word "the" should be disregarded from
the sort order. For example, when sorting by artist, I would expect The
Beatles to be under B, not under T.

Similarly, it might make sense to list "The Beatles" as "Beatles, The".

** Affects: banshee (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
