[Bug 422058] [NEW] Unmet dependency on unavailable octave3.0-common (= 1:3.0.5-6ubuntu2)

octave version should be 1:3.0.5-6ubuntu2, however, that version fails
to build on i386 [1]:

It does successfully build on all other architectures [2]. Can someone
try building it on i386 and see what happens?
