[Bug 421649] [NEW] Configured VPN does not (consistently) appear in VPN Connections list

Public bug reported:

Recently installed vpnc and network-manager-vpnc. Vpnc works via command
line with .conf file. Added a VPN via the Network Manager applet, VPN
Connections --> Configure VPN. Vpnc connects successfully. However, the
configured connection does not consistently appear in the VPN
Connections list.

Sometimes when I log out and log back in it reappears. I have not been
able to figure out why it appears some times but not others. Not even
sure how to begin to solve this.

Using Ubuntu 8.04, vpnc 0.5.1, network-manager-vpnc 0.6.4.
