[Bug 418303] [NEW] anjuta includes strange characterters in new file dialog

Binary package hint: anjuta

The bug is quite easy to reproduce:

1. Start anjuta
2. File->New->2. File
3. Start to enter a name, as soon as you enter a character, additional nonUTF8 characters appear.

Also: the Type dropdown box is empty. 
Console output is: (anjuta:7396): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_combo_box_append_text: assertion `GTK_IS_LIST_STORE (combo_box->priv->model)' failed

$ apt-cache show anjuta | grep Version
Version: 2:2.27.5.0-0ubuntu1

$ uname -a
