Is my understanding correct that xvidcap will fail to work if libavcode-
unstripped is not installed? If so, this bug status should be set to
"High" and the dependency should be added. xvidcap is already in
multiverse, so adding the dependency to another multiverse package
(libavcodec-unstripped) should not be an issue.
