[Bug 416407] Re: Sync awffull 3.8.2-1.2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

My package is like a sync, but i have maintained the last Ubuntu changelog entries and the maintainer to Ubuntu MOTU.
Shall I use the Debian changelog ignoring old Ubuntu changelog, keep Debian maintainer and keep "unstable" target release? 
I am getting started in packaging, so I can still have some failures.
