[Bug 408615] Re: libasound_module_conf_pulse.so is missing from lib32asound-plugins

I tried all of the mentioned solutions to no avail.  I am able to run
Skype without it crashing on me, but the program produces the following
error:

bt_audio_service_open: connect() failed: Connection refused (111)
