[Bug 414887] [NEW] iTalc not locking screen completely

Public bug reported:

The lock screen and override screen functions of iTalc does not always
work completely.

1) If a menu is opened, (such as the File menu in an application), the
menu is visible in the screen and overrides the images broadcasted by
the iTalc master.

2) If some dialogs are opened, such as the file save dialog, the dialog
is still visible when iTalc master lock or broadcasts it's own images.
