[Bug 414607] [NEW] Too small cribbage window causes quirks

Binary package hint: bsdgames

When playing cribbage when the terminal size is smaller than 24
characters tall, cards will not be displayed as they are played during
pegging.  Other games (e.g. hack) error if the terminal size is too
small.

Hack's hack.termcap.c checks in the "startup" function to make sure that
the terminal is large enough (among other checks), calling setclipped()
from hack.pri.c to display the message.
