[Bug 414540] [NEW] File picker window bigger than screen because of long file type list

Public bug reported:

Dear friends,

This happens in flickr. When I click on the link to select files to
upload, the nautilus file picking window opens and it is too wide -
wider than the screen resolution.

The window gets big in order to accommodate the long file type list
drop-down. For some reason, flickr list all the file types twice, such
as "png, PNG, jpg, JPG, gif, GIF" and so on.

If a screen shot is needed, I can supply one.
