i using jaunty 64bit version of ubuntu and my VLC 1.0.1 would crash
every time with the same report as everyone else.  When i uncheck to
embed the video into the interface it works.  That was kind of the whole
point of upgrading from.9 to 1.0, so i can have one window but it doesnt
work. But yet lc 1.0 works flawlessly for me on windows xp mce. Please
fix soon VLC developers
