I think eSpeak currently pronounces "ubuntu" correctly.   The command:

espeak -x "ubuntu"

shows the phonemes codes:
u:b'u:ntu:

Is that not correct?  The 3 vowels are the same, and the stress is on the second syllable. This agrees with the pronunciation given at:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ubuntu_(operating_system)

Please send me a list of any other words, together with their correct
pronunciation, which you want fixed in eSpeak.
