[Bug 413213] [NEW] Popup dont stay if second monitor is in focus

Ubuntu 9.04 x86_64 , Dualscreen nvidia , seperate X
pidgin-libnotify:
  Installed: 0.14-1ubuntu8
 Candidate: 0.14-1ubuntu8

Popup should not fade away so quick when you are working in an
application on the other monitor.

I've got piddgin running on display 0 , firefox running in display 1 , I browse around and get a message.
Only get to catch a glimpse of the popup like i clicked it away. It does not show for 4-5secs like it usally does when i'm working on a application on display 0.
