[Bug 412575] [NEW] gscan2pdf alignment problem in gray mode

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gscan2pdf

gscan2pdf breaks the page vertically in gray mode, but not in colour
mode. Other file formats are fine in both gray and colour. I have tried
all modes from libsane-perl to scanadf with the same result.

I am attaching a two page scan of the same document; one in colour and
the other gray.

This is a Karmic issue - it works properly in Jaunty. I recall Intrepid
had the same issue. My scanner is and HP officeJet 4215.

** Affects: gscan2pdf (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
