actually, Im not sure if I was correct in my previous statement.  I
assumed that flashplugin-nonfree installed the 64bit version.  But, I
could've been wrong.  If it installs the 64bit version, and it leaves
nspluginwrapper installed, then I think this bug should be reopened.
