[Bug 389089] Re: couchdb fails to start: looking for absent 'xulrunner'

seb gave me some help tracking this down. so the problem with the
configuration bombing out when couchdb couldn't be stopped is due to a
prerm script returning an exit code if the service could not be stopped.
howeveer, the prerm script is not in the couchdb package itself, it was
automatically added by dh_installinit.
