[Bug 409111] [NEW] "Window Previews" does not show up when maximized

Does anyone know - is their a way to do this in Ubuntu; make it so
"Windows Previews" can be shown when a window is unmaximized?  I know I
asked once before however maybe something happened so it is possible.
