- I'm using wine 1.1.26 and the nvidia-180 driver on 64 bit Karmic Koala.
- The kernel is 2.6.31.5, which is new today.  This is also the first day

  When I try to play a game (Civilization IV) using wine, the top half of
  the screen goes blank, though the machine will respond to clicks at the
  right place in the blank upper half.  I have to "init 1" to get back my
  computer back to usable.
