On a stock bugzilla3 install, I notice I'm getting more cronjob emails
than desired.  E.g.:

  Subject: Anacron job 'cron.daily' on chideok

  /etc/cron.daily/bugzilla3:
  bryce at bryceharrington.org      1

I think this appears to be caused by this line in whineatnews.pl

      print "$email      " . join(" ", @{$bugs{$email}}) . "\n";

I've commented this line out for my own purposes, but perhaps it could
be solved more elegantly with a debug flag or some such.
