Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: command-not-found

When a known command is not installed. The shell return an error which
looks like:

The program 'wipe' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing:
sudo apt-get install wipe
bash: wipe: command not found

The last line is superfluous and unnecessary.

** Affects: command-not-found (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
