[Bug 368543] [NEW] RTP play function does not work after upgrade to jaunty

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: wireshark

wireshark 1.0.7-1ubuntu1
pulseaudio 1:0.9.14-0ubuntu20.1 (from -proposed, but I tried with 1:0.9.14-0ubuntu20 from -release)

After upgrading to Jaunty, Wireshark doesn't play RTP streams anymore.

TEST CASE:
After opening a capture file, I go to Statistics / Voip Calls, select the call I want played, then hit Player.
Another window pops up where I could set the jitter, then hit 'Decode' etc.
I just close that windows, another window opens, and says: "Can not terminate the PortAudio library. Error: PortAudio not initialized".

If wireshark was started from a terminal, when I hit the above Player
button, I get:

bt_audio_service_open: connect() failed: Connection refused (111)

** Affects: wireshark (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
