Binary package hint: stardict

Would it be possible to add a feature to enable users to add their own
definitions to stardict?

For example, you could have a "+" icon which when clicked displays a simple form with something options like "word", "definition", "pinyin", etc.
The information could then be stored either in a format similar to other stardict dictionaries, or in a simple flat-file. In order to make it easy to preserve custom dictionaries, it should also be very easy to import/export the custom dictionary.

I noticed there is already a "Export file name" parameter in the
preferences which is defaults to "~/dic.txt", but this does not seem to
be related to the above.
