I updated packages from
https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat/+archive/x-updates/ \
and updated kernel to 30 rc3. Now switch user works and hibernation fails. It tries to hibernate , bur throws some error messages like failed to freeze devices

After that it goes back to my desktop, and everything works fine.
Thankfully there is no freezes it resumes the system.
