Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: guessnet

Guessnet used to work on my laptop, but is now hanging.

I execute:
sudo guessnet-ifupdown --debug

The output is:
guessnet: program name is guessnet-ifupdown: enabling ifupdown mode

Then it sits there with no response. CTRL+C successfully aborts the
program

Laptop with disconnected eth0 (eth0 is not up) and wireless running as wlan0
Dell D630 laptop

See attatched file for lsmod ouput, my /etc/network/interfaces and my
lspci output

Ubuntu Intrepid
guessnet version 0.49-1

** Affects: guessnet (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
